Start your filing
About 10 minutes. You can review everything before anything is submitted — and you don't pay until we email your invoice.
Your state & business name
Where the business will be registered, and what it will be called.
Choose a state.
Must end in “LLC” or similar — we'll add it if you leave it off. We run the official state availability check before filing, and contact you if the name is taken.
Enter your business name (at least 3 characters).
A short description helps us file correctly.
It is on your original filing, or you can look your company up free on Sunbiz. Leave it blank if you can't find it — we'll match the record for you.
Usually one per year since the last one you filed. Florida charges its annual-report fee for each. If your count is off we correct it before filing and re-issue the invoice — you approve it before anything is paid.
Florida adds a non-negotiable $400 penalty to reports filed after May 1 — the state's charge, not ours. A new LLC's first report isn't due until the year after formation, so a young company may not be late at all. Not sure? Pick “Not sure” — we confirm your record before invoicing.
Tell us the report's status so the price is right.
Administratively dissolved? An agent change alone won't fix that — you need reinstatement, which includes the new agent designation.
Choose the company's status.
Changing only your registered agent? That is a different, cheaper filing. Changing only your address? Florida lets you do that free on your next annual report — here is how.
Tell us what is changing.
Filed exactly as written here, so check spelling and punctuation. A new company name must still end in LLC, L.L.C., or Limited Liability Company, and we run the state availability check before filing.
Tell us what the new details should be.
Choose a reason.
Florida will only accept a voluntary dissolution from a company in good standing. If reports are owed we quote those separately before filing; if the state already dissolved it administratively, you may not need to file anything at all — we will tell you so rather than sell you a filing.
Choose the company's report status.
If we filed it, fixing it is free — our error, our problem.
Tell us who filed it.
Choose the filing type.
Paste the state's wording verbatim if you have it. Whether Florida keeps or returns the original filing fee depends on the reason, so we confirm the record and re-issue the invoice before anything is paid.
Tell us what the rejection said.
Its state of formation. Florida requires a certificate of existence or good standing from that state, dated within the last 90 days — we obtain it for you where the state allows, and tell you if you must request it yourself.
Choose the company's home state.
